You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Beyond this timeframe, your order may have already entered processing, making cancellation unfeasible. If you decide to cancel after this period, please note that a cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value may apply.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns for non-sale items within 180 days of the delivery date. Returns and refunds are available under the following conditions:

Please note that items which have been worn, washed, altered, or those lacking the original tags are not eligible for return or refund. Additionally, products with minor, fixable thread issues will not qualify.
