Shipping Carriers and Order Processing
We use reputable shipping carriers including USPS, DHL, EMS, and local postal services to ensure your items are delivered reliably. Your order will be processed as soon as payment is accepted. Orders are handled on business days (Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time), excluding major U.S. Post Office holidays such as New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Estimated Time of Arrival
Delivery times are estimated based on the sum of handling time and transit time. While we strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, please note they are approximate and cannot be guaranteed. Once your package is in transit, any delays caused by the carrier are beyond our control. The estimated delivery windows for orders within the continental United States are as follows:

Please note that orders placed after our cut-off time of 5:00 PM EST (GMT-05:00) will be processed on the following business day. Delivery Time is calculated as: Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time

Order Tracking and Notifications
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. It may take 3–7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system and update the tracking status. If you do not see the tracking information immediately, please allow a few days for the system to update—or check your spam folder. Should your order pass the estimated arrival date without further updates, feel free to contact us for assistance.

Additional Information
For orders requiring customization or personalized modifications, please allow additional processing time depending on the complexity of your request. Also, note that we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, any international addresses, or APO/FPO addresses.

Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. Inaccurate or incomplete address information may result in delays, and we may need to contact you for corrections. Orders delivered to incorrect addresses or those that are returned to our shipping partners’ warehouses due to address errors will incur additional shipping fees.
